When you browse

The current site uses no analytics, advertising trackers, third-party fonts or embedded social widgets. Its workflow demonstrations run in your browser and do not access your folders, connect provider accounts or send the sample inputs to AI services.

A hosting server receives connection information such as an IP address, requested URL and browser headers when serving pages. This demo is hosted on Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps. Hosting access-log retention and applicable international transfer arrangements remain under review.

Your cookie preference

If you save a preference, this browser stores a small record named clarifiance-privacy-v1 for up to 180 days. It contains a notice version, necessary-only setting and expiry time, with no account identifier. It is used only to remember your choice and is not sent to a server by the site code.

You can reopen Cookie settings or clear the saved choice at any time. No optional analytics or marketing storage is currently used.

When you email us

We receive your email address, message and any information you choose to include. These are used to answer your enquiry and manage the resulting conversation. Our company mailbox uses Google Workspace. Its applicable processing terms, transfer arrangements and our enquiry-retention period must be confirmed before this notice is published.

For ordinary business enquiries, the proposed basis is our legitimate interest in responding; steps you request before entering a contract may instead use that basis. The final purposes, legal bases and retention policy are subject to review before launch. No newsletter subscription or marketing consent is collected here.

Your rights

Depending on the processing and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it. You can also complain to the relevant supervisory authority.

Accounts and future features

Sign-in and the dashboard are not active. This site collects no passwords and creates no user accounts. Before new data collection or optional tracking is introduced, the notice and relevant controls will need to be updated. This page describes the website, not a complete privacy policy for the future desktop application.

Accessibility settings

Selected text size, contrast and motion options are stored in session storage for this browser tab so they apply across pages. These preferences are not sent to a server. Reset them through the Accessibility button.
